How Do You Know If A Tank Has Cyceld

Hi I was wondering how do you know if a tank has cycled I just wait four days put three fish in and everything just flows does that mean it cycled

No, when the ammonia has risen, dropped, the nitrite has risen and dropped, and the nitrate has risen. Then you do a water change, and voila, cyclage
