How many assassin snails do i need?

I have a pretty bad nuisance snail problem in my 50%+ planted 29 gallon tank and I was wondering how many assassin snails I would need to "hire" to take care of the problem? It has 2 mini crayfish, 10 green neons, about 7 ghost shrimp, and a nerite snail.

I'll see if I can put it in perspective for you. My girlfriend was complaining about pond snails getting out of hand in our 55. I wouldn't say it was overran, but it in a month or so it would have been. I put in 20 assassin snails and the pond snails were eradicated in less than a month. Now I'm actually letting pond snails overrun an empty tank of mine to feed them.

So perhaps for a 29g you would want 6 - 10 of them?

That's what I was thinking I bought 2 yesterday I'll pick up 5 more today and should be good
