how much filtration do I need for my 125 gallon tank?

I have a 125 gal. Tank with about 20 various fish in it.its an established tank,cycled and all my readings are great.my concern is whether or not I have adequate filtration,as I have a fluval 405 and also a fluval f4(submersible filter)am considering adding another 405 or possibly the fx5?any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Change of plans.I kept the fluval 405,scrapped the u4,added an xp3 and also an AC 110.now hopefully I've achieved a more desirable tunover rate. Does anyone else have a similar setup that can offer any suggestions?how long till the new filtration is seeded?any input would be helpful. Thanks
