How often do you replace your light bulbs?

Hi

My bulbs don't want to die but the light look awful. When do you replace them? Do you wait for them to die?
Note: I do not have a planted tank.

I would say their life span maxed out at around 1.5 years. Most people replace them after a year.

I run mine until they don't work anymore

I have one t8 that has been running now for 7 years
