How to keep cichlid agression down?

29 gallon 3 cichlids ive heard diffrent ways to control cichlids agression or not excactly control but ways to help

anybody tell me if these ways would help?

Adding more lava rocks at the moment i have 1 lava rock and 2 limestone's

Overcrowding the aquarium with alot of fish so they cant pick on certain fish.

Any other ways? i want to add more lava rock anyways..

What cichlids???

Try rearranging the tank and see if that works.

x2 on the question an the rearranging of the tank. But curious, what type of Cichlid's?

the video is yellow lab cichlids and i dont know what kind the other

I'm new to this whole hobby and I'm doing as much research as possible. Do any of those pictures look like your Cichlid?

IMO your tank is not big enough for ARLC. I would try to rehome the fish.

29 is a small footprint for cichlids they need their own space to call their "own"
you should not put anymore in there , you can go with the smaller species of cichlids but these guys will get 4-5 inches in no time my 2 cents worth
