Question Humpbacked guppy

Is this humpback on my young guppy a genetic problem? If so will she have humpback babies?

Looks like the spine is deformed. That happens a lot with guppies because they are inbreed so much. I would be best not to breed that guppy but, unless you moved it to a one gender tank, that would be hard to do. I have seen some with very bad spinal deformities.
