I had a sick fish that I was trying to execute. I made a thread about it a while back. Anyway, I decided to put it in a fish bowl and added half a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. After several minutes, I checked on it and it was still alive. It had bubbles all over it, but it was still breathing.

So I added some vinegar to the water to execute the sick fish. That did the trick. Then I buried it in the soil of my favorite potted plant outside.

I wonder if you could use hydrogen peroxide to kill parasites or bacterial infections in your fish, now that I know it won't kill them? If my good fish get an infection, I might try it on them.

I use it as a soak on anything with stubborn algae and then take a toothbrush to it using the soak water. Imo the best way to execute fish is with Saltwater that's been in the freezer overnight.
