I.D this fish for me please

Someone came and dropped this guy off at the store I work at today. Some kind of Goby/Gudgeon. Freshwater, and not a clue at its proper name. Can anyone identify it for me?

And don't mind those demasoni's fighting to the death behind him, they were separated right after this picture was taken.
 
As someone who regularly catches gudgeons in a lake behind my house, I can say I've never seen one like this before.
 
These are from the "sleeper goby" family, known as a water cow goby.
 
Yeah I'm doing some research now and I'm seeing the name water cow come up quite a lot. Seeing eleotris picta a lot as well. But I'm thinking picta is the "spotted sleeper".
