I FINALLY figured it out! Now how do i fix it? Lol

I figured out my 29g filter problem!!!! There is a hole in the intake tube that goes into the water. It isn't on a part where I can just replace it though, but is there something that is safe for me to use to seal it?

Aquarium safe silicone would work. The down side is it would have to be out of the water for 24 hours at least.

100% silicone would be the best bet.

Okay so silicone. Does it have to be a particular type? Or anything I should watch for to not get? Where can I get the cheapest stuff? (Strapped for cash) Done with 20 questions lol. Thanks, I am sooo excited now because I have been getting anxious just seeing that thing sit there every time I go in my room!


Being out of the water isn't a big deal since I haven't been able to do anything with my tank because of this anyways.

GE I at lowes i would let it sit for 2 days though.
