My tank has ick and i have been treating the tank with aquarium salt. My question is, i just got a ten gallon for my molly fry and wanted to use some gravel from my main tank, if i take the gravel out and rinse it with hot water will that kill any ick that might be on it? Will boiling help? Any ideas?

Well that will kill all the bacteria on the gravel. If you just want to move the gravel because you don't want to buy more gravel, I suppose you could boil it. I would leave the fry in a bare bottom until the treatment is done on the other tank.
