ID fish

Hey guys
I got a fish from a neighbor but I'm not sure what kind of fish it is or what I should feed it.
Anyone have any idea what kind of fish it might be?

Convict cichlid. This is the pink strain

How big is the tank right now.

Would I be able to put this fish with my Angelfish?

The tank that its in is small but I wanted to put it with my angel fish in its 150 gallon tank

That could work but convict cichlids are very aggressive so make sure the tank is well planted or has many hiding areas.

If the angel is larger than the convict I wouldn't be too worried.

You can feed the convict any kind of fish food they are not picky eaters
