ID these big guys for me?

One of the managers at the LFS asked me to get a pic of these guys (gal?) and to get an ID for her. They look awful familiar to me, like I have seen them recently, but I am not sure? Thanks

that is definalty a red snook cichlid, very pretty fish IMO. how big were they when you took the pic?

I was going to say a pink small mouth bass...just kidding...awesome looking fish!

maybe 5-6 inches, though not nearly as big as they will get (after I read up on them a lil bit)
