Looks like a physa snail, aka "pond snail" to me! They are frequent hitchikers as snails or eggs on plants.

My sisters 20Gal was plagued with these things, about 150 or more that I could see. I picked her up 3 jeuv yoyo's (was only supposed to be 2, but they guy put an extra one in by mistake).. They collectively removed every visible snail from the tank less then 3 days.
