Ideal/good temperature

I have 2 platys, 5 cardinal tetras, and I will soon have 5 GloFish tetras and/or GloFish danios, and maybe 2 more cardinal tetras. What is an ideal/good temperature for these types of fish and should I lower the temp in the summer and raise it in the winter?

78 is the basic temp of a community tank like yours, you can run it cooler around 76
