so, i got this guy about 14 months ago. he's still going strong. my problem is that I can't really put anything in there to help with the algae -- it's growing on the glass (which i can get with a glass scraper) but what about the rocks and decorations?. i had purchased a pleco with him - the lfs didn't object - and he ended up catching the pleco by hiding and the pleco didn't see him or was asleep. we saw the aftermath. so i have 10 neon tetras in there with him and they've been fine for 8 months now. any suggestions on what to do about the algae when you have a crayfish that i think is gonna live to be 100? thanks for the time and help!
