does anyone else supplement their fishes diet with insects. I feed my fish moths from time to time never bothered the fish was wondering what other common insects i could catch and feed them.

ps the fish go nuts for the moths
 
I'm going to feed my African butterfly fish crickets when he gets bigger.

too many dragon flies around here for me to try to culture mosquito larve. i wanna feed my fish not kill tgem as i heard dragonfly larve do
 
Yeah they do kill the fish. Hardly any dragon flies by me but I see your point.

I feed my African butterfly fish, ropefish, angelfish, and blue crayfish crickets and "red wigglers" (which basically are small earth worms purchased in the reptile section), on a regular basis. They love it!
 
I feed my Endlers small mosquitoes and fruit Flys when they are in the house. They are pre-smashed.

I feed my community crickets. I get them really small my rams aren't to fused by my cherry barbs gorge themselves on them.
