Is my Betta Fish okay?

My Male Platinum Delta Tail has had a drooping fin ever since I bought him at the pet store. I noticed that he wasn't the most healthy Platinum betta but he kept looking at me. I heard it's similar to orcas when kept in tanks, could his fin be drooping from being In a container so long? I just got him 4 days ago so please no drastic changes, he's just starting to eat.

What is your temperature at? What are your water parameters/ cleaning schedule?

Temperatures is at 75° Fahrenheit, I haven't done any cleaning, I cycled the tank for 2 months and I got the betta 5 days ago

Im guessing he was kept in less than ideal conditions so maybe all he needs is time in the right conditions to repair himself. Feed a good quality food and make sure you keep his water pristine and see how he progresses.
