at the bottom of the page, you'll see "post quick reply" and "go advanced"... click go advanced, then in the text box, you'll see a paper clip looking icon. Click it, then you'll see 4 "choose file" buttons... click one of them, locate the picture on your computer, then click "upload"... it may take a minute, but once its uploaded, the "choose file" button that you clicked will dissapear and there will only be 3... click "preview post" to make sure thats what you want to post, then click "submit reply"... pretty simple once you do it the first time

you can also upload your pics on flickr or something and press the button above the text box that looks like a postcard (add image) and then get the picture's url from flickr and just insert it. That's what I do

Or photobucket lol (flickr stopped letting me copy the picture's location. Idk why.)
