I have a 90 gallon tank.
In it I have:

(2) fantail goldfish
(2) peppered corydoras
(3) neon tetras
(2) guppies
(1) swordtail
(1) otocinclus
(1) rubbernose pleco

You are not over stocked, you are improperly stocked.
Why do you have cool water fish [the g fish] with tropical?
Besides the incompatibility in temps ,gold fish are ravenous eaters and waste producers that fish like neons are not going to appreciate for long.
Decide what type of fish you want to keep.
You can fit a lot more tropical fish like the neons in that tank once you rehome the goldies.
Long run with the just goldies is 4-6 of them max with nothing else in tank...

Yes, the tropicals you keep like a crowd. They will stress out in low numbers.

Both the peppered cories and the guppies can be kept at the temp fancy goldfish like (68-72F ) but be aware that a few goldfish keepers don't keep cories with goldies because they can try to eat them when they're bigger and end up choking when the cories pop their barbs. Guppies are bite sized for them to. It really depends on the goldfish. So you're definitely going to have to sit down and consider which fish are must haves and which are not.
