Is My Tank Overstocked?

I have 2 angels ,3 silver dollars,2 pearl gouramis and 5 red line torpedo barbs in my 200 litre tank is this too many

Silver dollars get pretty large. I would suggest a larger tank for them, personally. There are several species in the trade known as the silver dollar, but they commonly reach 6-8 inches and are roughly the size of a small plate to a dinner plate. I would pick a different fish, but the rest of your stock sounds fine to me.
