That clearish stuff looks like it is a fungal growth on the wood. Is it a "new" piece of wood, as in not been in an aquarium before? That usually happens.
A Mystery snail will eat it.
What do you mean Blue green algae? Usually you need something different for BGA than peroxide.
Are there any fish or inverts in there now?
What are you water parameters and how long has it been set up?
