Well, the Hubs came home with some fish tonight and I think we are over stocked. We have a lightly planted 46 gallon bowfront with a HOB Emperor.
We have:

3 Marble Hatchets
2 Balloon Rams
5 Cardinals
4 White Tip tetras
2 TINY Panda Corys ( I have never seen such small Corys)
6 long fin Danios

I was thinking the Danios can go back to the lfs. Yes or No?

I'd personally take the Danios back and get more Panda cories. :) Your bottom area is a bit lacking and cories like groups. I'd get atleast 4 more...6 more would be awesome though. Later on, you could increase the schools you already have if you want.

Well cool then. I am all for more Panda's! They are really cute and characters.
I was thinking about throwing in a mystery snail or two and I have a Panda in with my Goldfish that wants for company...hmmm...thanks so much!

I don't think you're anywhere close to being overstocked. You've got maybe 30 inches of fish in a good size tank. Go ahead and pick up some more pandas. Just keep an eye out for a potential mini cycle.
