Japan Blues, Guppies, Endlers, or Hybrids?

I've always wondered what exactly Japan Blue's were. Some people will say they are endler's livebearers, others will say guppies, and some will say hybrids from what I've seen on Google. Does anyone have a positive ID?

I'm talking about the "original" strain, not the double-swords, or other fancy tail types, in case that information matters.

I was leaning towards guppy too, just because they don't have the neon-type markings, well alot of them, like endlers do...but they look smaller than normal guppies which was making me question guppy and consider Hybrid?

BettaOwner - I just got my first breeding group in on Monday, I have seen tons of pictures of them, but never one in person till they showed up. You are right, they are very beautiful! One of my favorites! I may sell off all my endlers just to keep more of these guys around lol

They are a for of fancy guppy, thus why they are small and share the same varieties of different tails.
