JBL filter

I have 2 JBL 1500 filters pumping 1500litres per hour each. They are rather new, about 2 months old, and recently I noticed they they aren't pumping as much as they used to, at least 2 times less. The filter is clean and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yes, opened up the filter propeller and cleaned it

The filters I have used in the past have had similair issues. The impellers get caught with like slimy gunk.
