just read on loaches.com - khuli loaches prefer Cooler temps

this true ??

i've been keeping my khuli loaches at 26 degrees Celcius (79 F)
I read they should be kept at lower 70s. Around 72 F

Here's the temps for the khuli loach...
72-78°f (22-26°c)

I've got dojo loaches myself, and they like cooler temps, but since they are with my other fish, I keep my tank between 76 and 78.

The temps for dojo's is 50-75 °F. So it's a little on the warm side, but my dojo's seem to love it around 76-78.

[acronym:de5bfe4044="In My Experience"]IME[/acronym:de5bfe4044] they don't really care what them temp is as long as it not like 50 degrees or something radical like that. Theyll thrive in whatever temp of water that you put them in.

74-76F. At higher temps my kuhliis will spaz out and swim all over the tank sides, which is nice because they're more active, but isn't necessarily a good thing. Normally my guys hide or hang on plants or uproot ground cover, and they're most active during the dusk and moon lit periods, which is when the tank is coolest.
