I heard that if you get the ones with snails in them you can boil them, remove them, and boil them again. Maybe just get them and cook them first...see if you like em haha.

Nitrites showed up today. At about 0.5ppm right now. Things are moving along

Still cycling. Nitrates spiked four days ago. I changed 3 gallons because it seemed like they were above 5ppm. They are readable now and declining pretty quickly. Added a couple more plants. The cheapy LEDs seem like they are doing ok with the plants. Going on Wednesday to a store I think may have some multis as long as Im cycled.
