Just switched to sand

I bought 40 pounds of sand 2 hours ago for my 70 gallon (dont worry im getting more this week) and i cleaned out all of the gravel and added the sand and my oscar and bichir are rubbing their bellies on the sand. Idk where my striped rapheal is with all of the cloudiness in the tank but hes loving it too probably

Did u rinse the sand? It should not be cloudy if u rinse it good..
