I don't suppose there is a cooler for tanks? My goldie tank goes up to about 80F every other day. I add very cold water during water changes. I can't control the temperature in the dorms. Its not a big deal though I guess, but it might improve the level of oxygen in the water.

There sure are, they are more commonly called chillers. Most are designed for reefs and can be quite expensive.

You can blow a fan across the top of the tank. Helps promote evaporation and thus cools the water, obviously you will have to leave your top open.

you shouldnt really vary the temperature of the water change water that much because it stresses out the fish.

you could try a clip on fan on the side, or let the water level drop so theres more surface agitation?

I agree with the fan idea. Another thing to consider is where the tank is located in the room. Is it on an out side wall that heats up, or direct sunlight?
