Well it seems to be getting worse I was going to let it go but something needs to happen... The kissing gourami is always chasing my opaline and pecking it to the point the gourami goes to its side and swims to the nearest cave or plant to hide. Every time the opaline goes to the top to snag some air as they do... the kisser is always there to make sure he knows who is boss... Im not in favor. I have moved the driftwood around and plants yet it seems that the whole tank is the kisser's territory and the opaline(which is bigger) is not allowed in.???? I have had both for the same amount of time got em together. Should i just give the kisser to my LFS?

If you have tried to break up the line of sight, which it sounds like you did, and you have plenty of hiding spaces - I'd say its a lost cause. It would be better for the fish to just return it.
