I've got a small leak at the top corner of my juwel rio 240. I've lowered the water level and it seems to have stopped. What should I do next?! It's going to worry me all the time now

Can I reseal it without taking everything out? I seem to get mixed answers when I search it.

No. Everything will have to come out. Then you'll need to clean the inside out really good. Get everything you can out. The silicon won't stick to dirty glass very well.
