LED 10,000 K Lighting

im converting from fresh to saltwater and im curious if a 10,000 K LED light would support coral in a 48" - 55 Gal tank.

It depends on the exact fixture you have. Some can and others can't.

im looking at a fennex Ray 2, I cant find to much on it so im very curious. I will only be doing soft coral

That's a great fixture for shallow tanks but I don't know how well it'll work on a 55. On a 40 breeder I'd definitely try it but I just can't say on a 55. You may be ok or you may need two.

thanks for the reply, im now looking into a 15,000K light. any ideas where i may look at?

A whole lot of people are using Taotronics and reefbuilders LED fixtures. I'd check those out.
