Is this good for a 30 gallon planted tank?

Good For a low- med light not heavily planted tank IMO. Or you could spend 35 dollars more and get twice that, but then might have to add CO2 which cost another 30 (hagen Natural system) or save the second 30 by doing a DIY CO2 system.
