Lighting in tank

So I have two of the T5 lights on my tank and it looks foggy at the top. Do I need stronger lights or maybe one more.

It wouldn't have anything to do with the number of lights you have. It looks like it could be a bacterial bloom.

It could also be dust from the gravel if it's new.

Upgraded from a 40 to a 90

It most likely just particles of waste/dust. Nothing to worry about. It should settle/clear soon.
