Depends if you plan planted tank, and depends of the type of plants you plan. If it's fish only with plastics plants, get a cheap T8 or T5 fixture and run it 8-11 hrs daily.

According to your mesurements, your tank is really higher than large ?

I have a 90cm wide tank. I run 2x39W T5HO on it.

The light fixture will depend if you plan dosing CO2. If yes, then you can go dual T5HO, else you can go for a single T5HO or 2xT8

Atinic blue is good for reef tanks. My amazon swords grow real nice with a combination of one 5000k and one 6500k. I use a two strip T8 shop light from home depot on top of a 40 gallon breeder six hours a day with no ferts or co2.

Here there wasn't much for lighting. Also I have no idea what is t5 or t8.
We got 2x20w. One is white and the other is a blue lamp.
The white light has 10000 kelvins.
I hope that will do

The tube will tell you if it is 5000k or 6500k. T5 are the thinnest tubes you'll find, T8 are a little thicker and then the thicker older types are T12.
