I've heard people talk about them here and there in the past, and now with my dirt/sand substrate in my new set-up, it got me wondering.

A) Is there a type of small worm that I can 'breed' in my substrate that can act as a treat if they stick their head up
B) where can I purchase these worms
C) is this even a good idea or am I just talking crazy talk here

Thanks

I dont know about breeding but my lfs sells live black worms and they said they will live in the substrate and be eaten by fish when they stick their heads out.
