recently i bought a larger rams horn snail, and was wondering if i could put him in my 55 gal with kuhli loaches, (they already ate a stowaway i was hoping to keep)

anyways, we all know loaches love baby snails, but will they pick at a large snail?

and because kuhli's are the tiny loach, they could easily pick at the rams horn from the inside even if the snail retreated into his shell

i mean id hate for the snail to be eatten a small bite at a time

That's exactly what my clown loches did to an apple snail. A HUGE apple snail. But my clown loaches are a little agressive. You might be fine with your kuhli's.

My yoyo loaches don't eat my bigger ramshorn snails (even though I'd like for them to). I don't usually see small snails in my tank though, so I guess they finish them off.
