Hi Playlady,
Sorry about Ethel  She had a good life with you! Like Tigerlily said, you have her babies too.

I remember when my favorite cardinal died, or stopped coming to the feeder. I was sad, and then his "son" from the summer before came, and is still coming to my feeders. How do I know it's my favorite cardinal's "son"? I remember when the father cardinal brought his "son" to my feeder for the first time! They both had a large gray fuzzy patch of feathers under their left wing!

So, you have Ethel and Fred's babies, and soon (maybe?) you'll have the grand "fry"!

PlatyLady, I'm feeling your pain. I just found one of my new otos head-down in a plant  The other three are so far, still okay.

Losing fish is such a bummer. It's true what TigerLily said--at least you have her babies.

Take care.

sorry to hear it! looked like a great fish and looks like it had a great home!!

If I got depressed from lossing a fish, I'd have killed my self along time ago.

I have not had much luck with moving fish or keeping Angels...

Aw, I'm sorry PlatyLady.

You did an awesome job with her tho; pulled her thru some pretty nasty situations. Impressive.
