Well here is an update. I added the rock, moved the outflow and basically just let the tank run for a few days. I also threw in some godlfish for him to eat. well strangly enough he did not eat all of them and there are 2 goldfish still in there and they are still alive which really surprises me. The wide range pH test is now saying 5-5.5 Which is a slightly improved. I have also noticed that the turtle is swimming a bit more in the water. I will probably do another water change over the next day or so but I am not going to voer do it either. I figure if the fish are living it can't be that bad right.
