Marine zooplankton for freshwater? - Aquarium Advice

I've been looking for a good food to feed my bamboo shrimp, he has these little fans-for-hands he uses to catch suspended particles for food and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried Kent Marine Zooplex in a feshwater setup? Does this look like something that would be good for my shrimp? I want him to grow big and strong, he hasn't grown much in the few months I've had him.

I use it for my bamboo shrimp and it works great.
