Melanistic or different species

Hello! I purchased 2 baby eclipse or sun catfishes last week and was curious if I got a different species or a new morph of the fish but I do believe it’s still the same species just because I can barely see the spot behind the gills on him, maybe it’s because he’s so young but the other I got is the same size but an obvious sun cat and other looks melanistic. Can any anyone shed some light maybe?

Ya I’m quite aware of there size as adults and I can’t wait lol. Got a monster tank I’m going to be stocking as my babies grow
