Minimum tank size size for blue ram

What is the absolute minimum tank size for 1 german blue ram and 10 neon tetras.

I'd say 30"... so 20l or 29.

Oh, yeah... sorry about that. I'd definitely say 20l or 29, 29 preferrably... but something bigger certainly wouldn't hurt.

would a 25 that is 24 inches long 13 wide and 19 high work.
