Missing Zebra Danio

My guess is it died of natural causes, and was afterwards eaten by the others.
does this tank have a canopy (lid)?
also, you have some stocking issues if you'd like to discuss...

Sadly it didn't die of natural causes. I found him this morning, well hidden by the cable from the extension cord. It's one with 8 plug ins. Poor little guy.

Under the extension cord cable... Dang... But I'm glad you found. Have a peace of mind.
I'm not an expert on Bettas but all I can say is get some snails or very big Cory Catfish. I've heard of people keeping Bettas with Cories.
But you should take them out at any signs of aggression.
