64l. Ammonia is quite high struggling to cycle, no nitrates or nitrites. PH on last check was around 7.6.
 
Ammonia should not get over .25, at any time, during a fish in cycle. You need to do more water changes, and test as often as needed so it does not go over that reading.

The video appears to show particulates, which may mean you need something like filter floss in the filter, which should remove most particles.

Get the ammonia down, it permanently harms fish if you don't. May not kill right away, but ammonia damage will drastically shortens life span if it if doesn't kill them outright.
