One of my mollies seems to have some brown rusty colored spots on him(back&head) Maybe he's had this all along but maybe not. Each one is about the size of one of his scales. He has about 5-10 of them

Any advice?

TIA

I don't see any spots. Is the Molly acting normally? How long have you had the molly? When did you notice the spotting? What are the water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temp, pH)?

Well, He's dead.
The fins are always clamped
water stats: Amm. 2.2 Ni=0.2 Na=10 Ph.7.7 temp 77
looks like a mini cycle cause I added 2 neon the other day
other than that I dont know why he died. had him for about a month now
Thanx for the help anyway

The ammonia will affect the fish more at higher pH's too...Sorry about the loss. Clamped fins are usually a sign of sickness or unhappyness.

Just to tell you...

Those spots were probally ammonia burns...that was a HIGH ammonia...
