Mollies?

So, I picked up two mollies this weekend. A boy and a girl
Anybody have any helpful info on how to get these two to mate?
I have tried to get the Danios to lay eggs, didn't work. I tried to get the guppys to mate, didn't work. I am hoping my snails do, not sure yet? so, now... what about the mollies?

From what I hear mollies prefer a little salt in their water. If you add some aquarium salt per the directions on the box that might get them more in the mood. Of course they might need to grow up a little more also.

How big are they? The female will be larger than the male.

I am trying to stay away from salt unless the rest of the community gets ICK or something, because I have Apple snails and I don't really want to risk their health.
The mollies are a little under 2". They are relatively the same size, except the female is FAT!

Actually Hollieo, fishfreek's salt suggestion is a good one. Mollies prefer brackish water. They can handle SW as well. You want to be sure your other guys can handle salt tho.
