Mollies & swordtails breeding - bad or not?

I am planning for my new 60g. I already have 3 mollies. AqAdvisor says not to add swordtails because of inter breeding possibility, however when I search online I see people with videos of mixed breed molly/swordtails and they seem quite proud of them like it's not a bad thing.

I'm interested in the views of others??

Mollies and swords cant breed together but swords and platys can. They make interesting crosses
