Mollusk-Crustacean forbidden love??

I don't really know whats going on here, but on more than just a few occasions I have seen the snail on top of the crab. The crab LETS THIS HAPPEN! The snail takes his time, too. Anyone know what is going on here? Sorry if the pictures take a long time to load...

Heh, maybe.

But seriously.. Its probably just eating the algae off your crabs shell.

I know my crab, before he molted, was covered in it.

THat's just it though, my crab molted like 3 days ago. Last night I saw the the crab perched on top of the snail, who was halfway up the tank - I guess he was hitching a ride?

It'll never work. The crab is from the wrong side of the tank, and the snail is just using him anyway
