Montezuma swordtail

Has anyone here ever heard of a montezuma swordtail? They look really cool their tails get VERY long.

Yeah, cool fish. One of the few swordtails that resemble wild ones and get pretty large. Not very popular though since they aren't as brightly colored.

How much do they usually go for? I think I might get one but I don't want to pay a ton for it.

I've never seen them for sale anywhere besides Aquabid, but there are none on there currently. Judging by the price of other wild swordtails though I'd guess $20-$40/fish would be a safe bet depending on who you get them from.

Ya I love them. I recently found out about them by just browsing on the internet. I don't love them enough to pay $40 for it though lol.

It resembles a wild swordtail because it IS a wild swordtail....

Mogoraku specializes in wild type live bearers. I'll tell him to swing by this
