monthly maintenance - Aquarium Advice

Hello all,
Long time member haven't posted much,but I have a little question. I've been asked to do monthly maint on a 55 [acronym:b8ae402e2b="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:b8ae402e2b] freshwater tank in a doctors office. How much do you think I need to charge? Administrator is a little tight with the cash

so don't want to scare her away. If it were up to me I'd like to see it go to saltwater

. hope someone can help me out.

How much time do you expect this to take? Who has to buy the supplies? It should be easy to arrive at fair price for both of you once those questions are answered
