Moss growth or algae?

New shrimp tank is being setup with tawian moss as a plant I have. Filter media from another tank was added. Light is a 3w led with 10 LEDs. No ferts or tabs have been added and moss is very different from pictures online. Moss is very bushy and I have tied it down twice yet it is still insane. It was sold as Taiwan moss and growth Is very peculiar. Is this algae or weird moss growth?

I had that same thing once, but I didn't have any Taiwan moss.

How did you end up removing all the algae and preventing it from returning?
